Scrollback for Inline TUIs (#180)

CLIs like Codex that render a fixed footer in the primary screen (using scroll regions instead of the alternate screen) now correctly preserve scrollback history. Previously, lines pushed out of a top-anchored scroll region were lost — now they’re saved, so you can scroll back through output as expected.

Fixes

• Panes now use your configured shell — split panes and WSL panes properly inherit your program.shell setting and receive shell integration hooks (#185)
• Windows command palette resize — the command palette, theme picker, and session picker now relayout correctly after a window resize (#183)
• Linux glyph rendering — simplified wide-glyph detection across all platforms so symbols like ⌘ from Nerd Fonts display at the correct width; font sizing on Linux now matches other terminals (#179)
